Yehuda, VP of Development at a high-tech company in Rechovot, 75 years old, celebrated his Bar Mitzvah last night in Kiryat Malachi. Tzli Mizrachi from Kiryat Malachi shares: “I was looking for a car and came across Yehuda from Rechovot. I was interested in his car and I liked it. I asked Yehuda if he had put on tefillin that day, and he replied, ‘I never have in my life.’ I offered him the opportunity to do so, and he gladly agreed. We agreed that when I purchased the car, he would put on tefillin. And indeed, today, Yehuda arrived at the shul in Nachala, wrapped himself in a Tallis, put on tefillin, recited Modeh Ani and Elokai Neshama, read the Shema, and was called up to the Torah, a neshamah returning!”
