Seven years ago today, Rabbi Reuven Birmajer, a father of seven and a rebbi at Yeshiva Aish HaTorah, was stabbed to death by an Arab terrorist while walking home outside Jaffa Gate in Yerushalayim.

This afternoon, students from Yeshivat Aish HaTorah visited the spot where Rabbi Birmajer’s life was taken, paying tribute to a special rebbi and pledging to carry on his legacy, his inspiration living on at the yeshiva to which he was so devoted.
