The Belzer Rebbe’s son, Rav Aharon Mordechai Rokeach, visited a tefillin workshop in Bnei Brak with his son, Moshe Yehoshua Rokeach, to show him how tefillin are made. Moshe Yehoshua’s bar mitzvah will take place during Elul.
