Rav Yehoshua Mordechai Schmidt’s two young grandsons were zocheh to make a siyum on Talmud Bavli and Talmud Yerushalmi. Rav Dov Lior told them, “This is the first time in my life that I have been honored to see such young men of this age who have completed Yerushalmi!”
