During a visit by the families of hostages to Bnei Brak, they sought a bracha from Rebbetzin Leah Kolodetsky. She shared that her husband, Rav Yitzchok Kolodetsky, has not slept in a proper bed since Simchas Torah. Instead, for the past year, he has chosen to sleep on a wooden board placed over the bed as a way of sharing in the suffering of those enduring hardship during this war. Each night, and every day, he carries their pain, never forgetting their anguish.
