Dozens gathered at the Bar-Ilan/Adoniyahu HaKohen intersection today, sitting on low mourning stools while wearing sackcloth and ashes as they recited Kinnos and Tikkun Chatzos in protest of the Yerushalayim light rail construction through chareidi neighborhoods.
