Attorney Moshe Frei completed Maseches Menachos at the Everest Base Camp in Nepal, 5,364 meters above sea level, in what may be the highest siyum ever made. Frei dedicated the extraordinary journey and siyum to the memory of Captain Itai Saif Hy”d, saying the climb reflected the spirit of Daf Yomi — “page after page, step after step,” overcoming difficulty to reach the destination.
