At a farm in Zechariya, Alon Sharoni had volunteers helping to prepare his pepper field for the next season. He had many peppers that were going to waste without the usual number of workers to help out. He offered to donate them to tzedaka if volunteers came and picked them….and they did – two 2 carloads worth.
