A year ago, as seen here, Rav Berel Povarsky gave a bracha to Reb Yosef Finkel, son of Rav Binyomin Finkel, that he would have a baby within the year. Now, Reb Yosef and his wife have celebrated the birth of a girl, their first child after ten years of marriage.
