A joyous hachnosas Sefer Torah was held at the historic Tiferes Tzion kehillah on Yerushalayim Street in Bnei Brak, one of the city’s oldest and most established kehillos. The new Sefer Torah was dedicated l’ilui nishmas Rav Chaim Kanievsky zt”l.
